However, in addition, I may sense that it is necessary to give some “hands on” healing, but this is entirely optional. While this is taking place, you should feel heat or a tingling sensation. Afterwards, you should be able to feel a difference and most people say they feel calm and serene, others energized. I am also able to scan your body by hovering my hands over you and can advise if I feel there is a problem that needs addressing. I will always advise you to consult your doctor if this is the case. It is entirely your choice if you wish to continue with spiritual healing once you have done this. That is they are the manifestation of an underlying emotional problem.
